Man laments over cohabiting with girlfriend after she spent ₦11,000 on cooking gas

An X user, Juddywizard, has shared a humorous experience with his girlfriend that he said made him reconsider getting married anytime soon.

The user said he picked up his girlfriend from the park and dropped her at his house while he went for an evening football game.

Before leaving, he handed her his ATM card so she could buy whatever she needed to cook before he returned.

According to him, he was shocked when he received an ₦11,000 debit alert and discovered that his girlfriend had used the money to refill an 8kg gas cylinder.

He questioned the amount of gas she had purchased, joking that he had never filled the cylinder to 8kg since buying it.

The experience, he said, made him conclude that he was not ready to get married anytime soon.

Juddywizard shared: “As I pick her for park, I drop her for house make she settle in because I don late for evening ball. I give her my ATM in case she wan buy anything cook before I come back from field.

“Naso i see ₦11k debit, call her immediately: ‘Wetin you buy now now?’ She say, ‘I fill gas 8kg.’

“You fill 8kg as how baby? Since I buy that cylinder, I never fill 8kg for my life. Wetin we wan dey cook? Gas wey Hilda Baci take cook jollof that year no reach 8kg now😭.

“Na that moment I know say i no fit marry anytime soon.”

He shared the story while quoting a post that read:
