“I feel like my life is under threat” – Sarah Martins calls out dispatch rider she once helped over alleged harassment

Nollywood actress and influencer Sarah Martins has called out a dispatch rider she once helped, alleging that he has continued to harass and insult her.

Taking to her Instagram page, Sarah recalled an earlier incident involving the dispatch rider, claiming she reported him to the company he worked for after he allegedly harassed her following a delivery.

However, she explained that he was scolded and suspended, but later claimed he had been sacked, which she described as untrue.

According to Sarah, Nigerians subsequently criticised her over the matter until she eventually reached out to him out of pity.

She revealed that she took him out for lunch and went shopping with him, but later stayed away after noticing what she described as an entitled attitude.

Sarah further disclosed that a fan gave her a motorcycle to hand over to the dispatch rider. She explained that the bike required about ₦150,000 worth of necessary repairs, while painting would cost about ₦350,000. She agreed to handle the necessary repairs but asked him to wait before taking the bike.

However, she alleged that he insisted on taking it immediately, so she allowed him to and gave him ₦20,000. She added that she asked him to give her a few days to send the balance after paying salaries to over 13 workers.

“This guy started calling me as if I was owing him. When I stopped picking his call, he started sending me messages, insulting me, marriage-shaming me, saying, ‘That’s why I no go ever see husband.’

“I feel like my life is under threat. This is a direct warning to you. If you ever send me any message like this again, I will use every connection I have to deal with you,” she added.
