KOIN! right in the middle of my head” – Lady recounts how bus conductor hit her and zoomed off

A Nigerian lady has recounted a bizarre encounter with a bus conductor who allegedly hit her on the head before quickly driving away.
The lady, identified on X as @officiaL_QV, said the incident happened after she negotiated the transport fare with the conductor.
‘He Said ₦400, I Told Him ₦300’ – Lady Says
The conductor reportedly demanded ₦400, but she offered ₦300 instead.
“He said #400, I told him #300. He muttered something about me dressing all nice and still pricing.”
She ignored the comment and boarded the bus.
I Paid With ₦500
When she got to her stop, she handed the conductor ₦500. He initially returned ₦100 as her balance, but she rejected it.
“He gave me #100 balance, I said I wasn’t taking that. He gave me #200.”
While she was putting the money into her bag, she said the conductor suddenly struck her on the head.
‘KOIN! Right in the Middle of My Head’
She described the sound of the alleged blow as “KOIN” and said the conductor quickly drove away.
“I was putting the money in my bag when I heard KOIN! right in the middle of my head.”
“Before I could turn, the bus had zoomed off and this guy was laughing!”
He Later Came to Apologise – Lady reveals
The lady said she eventually saw the conductor again, and he was the one who noticed her first and approached her.
She revealed that he apologised for the incident.
“And guess what? He was the one who saw me first today and came to apologise.”
The unusual encounter has sparked reactions online, with social media users sharing different opinions about the conductor’s actions and his decision to apologise afterwards.
