“I hope she won’t end up paying” – Phyna reacts to Sheggz’s legal action, asks fans to pray for Bella

Reality Television star Phyna has reacted to the reported cease-and-desist letter served on former Big Brother Naija housemate Bella Okagbue by lawyers representing her ex-boyfriend, Sheggz.

The development comes amid the former couple’s highly publicised breakup, with Sheggz reportedly accusing Bella of making malicious and false statements about him and his family.

Reacting to the situation, Phyna appeared to mock the possibility of Bella being asked to pay legal fees incurred by Sheggz in pursuing the matter.

Sharing her thoughts in a post, she wrote:

“Please let’s all pray ooo, so that Bella will not go and end up to pay this lawyer now. Something like: Babe, send me €5,000. Bella: What for? Him: I need to pay the lawyer that I’m using to sue you.”

Phyna’s comment has added another layer to the ongoing drama between the former couple, which has continued to generate discussions among fans and social media users.

The reported letter, dated August 21, 2026, allegedly demanded that Bella stop making or facilitating statements concerning Sheggz and his family, delete related posts and interviews, and issue a public retraction and apology.

The lawyers reportedly warned that further legal action could follow if Bella failed to comply with the demands.

The controversy comes after both Bella and Sheggz publicly addressed aspects of their relationship following their breakup, with conflicting accounts emerging over what led to the end of their romance.
