“No be Peller’s father be this?”

Some social media users expressed surprise that Peller’s father could still be seen carrying out security-related duties despite his son’s success as a content creator.

However, some people who claimed to know Peller’s family and their roots in Ikorodu offered a different explanation.

According to them, Peller’s father is not simply a regular security guard but serves as the head of a local vigilante group in the community.

They suggested that his appearance at the event was connected to his responsibilities within the group, particularly the need to provide security during the gathering.

Some commenters also referenced Peller’s previous remarks about his father’s security background, noting that he is popularly known in the area by the nickname “Lakaye.”

The clarification did little to stop discussions surrounding the viral footage, as social media users continued to share different opinions about Peller’s father and his role within the community.

While some viewers initially interpreted the footage as showing him working as a private security operative, others maintained that his presence was part of his duties as a vigilante leader.
