‎In a widely circulated post, he disclosed that his mother was rushed to Ace Medicare Hospital, but no doctor was on duty to attend to her.

Man Recounts Encounter At Hospital

‎Eventually, she was rushed to two other hospitals that rejected her. At one of the hospitals, a medical practitioner referred her to the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH).
‎
‎According to the X user, his father suggested they head home, which he declined.

Although his mother was registered at Ace Medicare and received treatment at the hospital before she collapsed.
‎
‎However, he reached out to a neighbour via a phone call and learned about a hospital near their neighbourhood.
‎
‎On arrival, a medical doctor commenced treatment, noting that the hospital had limited facilities to manage his mother’s condition.
‎
‎In a tragic twist , she passed away after three days.

‎Reflecting on his mother’s death, he stated, “I still struggle with the thought that her death could have been avoided if she had received timely and adequate medical care. What hurts even more is knowing that we did everything we could”.
