CAF Champions League: MC Alger supporters face travel ban call after Abeokuta incident

The call comes after MC Alger’s CAF Champions League second preliminary round match against Nigerian champions, Rangers in Abeokuta, where the supporters of the Algerian club were allegedly involved in unruly behavior.
Kahal said the incident in Nigeria is the latest in a series of violations recorded in Côte d’Ivoire, South Africa and Rwanda during MC Alger’s continental matches.
MC Alger, which lost 2-0 to Rangers in the first leg, is set to host Rangers in the return leg on Friday.
