According to Sky Sports, Boniface has already informed his representatives that he wants to leave Bayer Leverkusen in the winter.
The Nigeria international has struggled for regular playing time at the former Bundesliga champions this season.

Boniface spent last season on loan at another Bundesliga club Werder Bremen.
He has a contract at Leverkusen until June 2029, and the German club are open to a loan or permanent transfer for the player.
