“I used to think they couldn’t survive without me” – Lady cries out after losing mother, grandmother 3 weeks apart

A lady has shared her heartbreaking experience after losing both her mother and grandmother within three weeks, revealing that her mother is still in the morgue.

In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter), the lady, who described herself as an only child, said she had always been extremely careful with her life because she believed her mother and grandmother wouldn’t survive anything happening to her.

According to her, she never imagined that she would be the one left to deal with the loss of both women within such a short period.

“I used to be very, very careful with my life because I used to think that if anything happened to me, neither my mom nor my grandma would be able to survive it because I’m the only child,” she said.

She revealed that she lost her mother three weeks ago and had just received another devastating call informing her that her grandmother died the previous day.

The lady expressed the painful irony of her situation, noting that despite spending years worrying about how they would cope if she died, she is now the one facing the reality of losing them both.

“Whole time, these women had different thoughts in their minds with me. I lost my mom three weeks ago, and I just received another call that my grandma died yesterday. My mom is still in the morgue,” she added.

She concluded with a heartbreaking reflection on the devastating losses, pointing out that she appears to be the one strong enough to endure the pain.

Her emotional revelation has left many social media users sympathising with her, with several offering words of comfort and prayers for strength as she navigates the devastating period.
