The group listed Chief Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), as its Patron, while Hon. Afen Patrick Enason serves as the Director-General of the initiative.
In its declaration of support, the movement endorsed the APC presidential candidate, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, alongside other APC candidates contesting various elective positions in Bayelsa State.
The candidates identified by the group include:

According to the organisers, the initiative is designed to strengthen grassroots participation and ensure that communities are adequately engaged in the political process ahead of the 2027 elections.
The movement is expected to focus on grassroots mobilisation, community engagement, voter awareness and political outreach, with supporters drawn from different communities across the state.
Speaking on the initiative, the Director-General, Hon. Afen Patrick Enason, said the movement would work towards building a formidable grassroots network capable of connecting political candidates with the people at the community level.
He described the project as a people-oriented movement aimed at empowering the grassroots and promoting active participation in the democratic process.
With the slogan “Connecting the People, Empowering the Grassroots,” the group said it is preparing for what it described as a massive political mobilisation ahead of the 2027 elections.
“Massive movement loading,” the organisers declared.
