Blaqbonez-Odumodu Blvck Feud…

Nigerian rapper Blaqbonez has opened up about his long-standing rift with fellow rapper Odumodu Blvck, claiming that their fallout began after both men developed an interest in the same woman.

Blaqbonez made the revelation during a recent interview while recounting how his previously cordial relationship with Odumodu Blvck reportedly deteriorated.

According to the rapper, the incident began around June or July 2023 when he and Odumodu met a woman at the same location and discovered that they were both interested in her.

He said both rappers made advances towards the woman, but he eventually entered into a non-exclusive relationship with her that lasted for about a year.

Blaqbonez said the relationship later ended after the woman told him she felt things were no longer progressing in the direction she wanted.

He explained that he subsequently ran into the woman at a bar and asked about her relationship status, only to discover that she was dating Odumodu Blvck.

“Me and Odumodu Blvck used to be cool. We had a cordial relationship then. Sometime in 2023, like June or July, we met a girl at the same place at the same time.

“We were both interested in the girl and both parties made moves to her,” he said.

Blaqbonez claimed that after learning she was with Odumodu, he decided to completely withdraw from the situation.

“Days later, I ran into her in a bar, and we talked. So I asked her who she was dating, and that was when I found out it was Odumodu. I promised her she won’t hear from me again, and we moved on,” he added.

However, according to Blaqbonez, the matter did not end there. He alleged that Odumodu later confronted him, accusing him of disturbing the woman.

Blaqbonez said he explained that he and the woman had previously been involved and that he had already blocked her.

The rapper further recounted an alleged three-way phone conversation involving himself, Odumodu and the woman.

According to him, Odumodu questioned the woman about whether she had previously been intimate with Blaqbonez, but she allegedly denied their relationship and also denied travelling to Ghana with him.

Blaqbonez claimed that the disagreement subsequently escalated, leading to repeated confrontations and what he described as harassment and social media attacks from Odumodu.

The revelation has now offered a new dimension to the feud between the two Nigerian rap stars, with Blaqbonez presenting the dispute as a misunderstanding that grew out of a complicated romantic situation.

Neither Odumodu Blvck nor the woman involved has publicly confirmed Blaqbonez’s account.
