“Come without Aso-Ebi and collect beating”

Popular Nigerian content creator Peller has sparked reactions online after warning fans against attending his upcoming wedding without the official aso-ebi.

The streamer made the statement while responding to a fan’s question during an interaction on social media.

Fan asks about wedding attendance

A fan had asked Peller whether people without the official wedding attire would still be allowed into the event.

“Person wey no get aso-ebi fit come the wedding?” the fan asked.

Peller responds

Responding, Peller jokingly warned that anyone who showed up without the required attire should not expect to enjoy the celebration.

“Yes, you can come and collect beating, not food. Abeg no try come without aso-ebi, just watch online, you’ll enjoy it,” he said.

He added that anyone who insisted on coming without aso-ebi would not be allowed into the venue.

“But if you still want to come, you go stay outside, you’ll not enter,” Peller added.
