What will happen when I have a boy?

Published

on

A Nigerian man has cried out online over his daughter’s habit of moving around the house and allegedly destroying household items.

The father revealed that he had been forced to move some of his properties into the visitors’ toilet, describing it as the only safe place in the house from his young daughter.

‘It Is the Only Safe Place in the House’

According to the man, today marks three months since he started keeping some of his belongings in the visitors’ toilet because of his daughter.

He explained that his daughter is constantly moving around the house and destroying things, leaving him with little choice but to find a safer place for his properties.

“Today makes it 3 months I parked some of our properties in the house to the visitor’s toilet room because of my daughter,” he wrote.

He added that the visitors’ toilet had become the only place where he could keep his belongings away from his daughter.

“It is the only safe place in the house as my daughter is just moving around destroying everything,” he stated.

‘I’m Now Visiting Them From Time to Time’

The father humorously noted that the unusual arrangement had turned the toilet into a storage room, forcing him to occasionally visit his belongings.

Now some of my properties are in the toilet room and I’m now visiting them from time to time,” he wrote.

The situation appeared to have left him wondering what fatherhood would look like as his children grew older.

‘What Will Then Happen When I Have a Boy?’

Reflecting on his experience with his daughter, the man jokingly questioned what would happen if he eventually had a son.

“Sometimes I wonder if a baby girl can turn my life around this, what will then happen when I have a boy,” he stated.

He added: “Into your hands I will run to my God.”
