Stanley Ontop defends Queen Esther Udeh amid alleged threat, makes fresh allegations against Destiny Etiko

Nollywood actor and filmmaker Stanley Ontop has defended his colleague, Queen Esther Udeh, amid her ongoing claims about actress Destiny Etiko.

Earlier, while speaking on the Where Is The Lie podcast, Esther alleged that Destiny warned her not to come close while filming her and threatened to take her phone, throw it away and slap her.

In a new video shared online, Esther further alleged that Destiny sent her a direct message threatening to have her arrested, while sharing what she described as evidence of the threat.

Reacting to the controversy on his Instagram page, Stanley defended Esther, insisting she has the right to share her experience with Destiny or any other actor.

“I heard that one Nollywood actress called Destiny went to Queen Esther’s DM to threaten her with a lawsuit because Queen Esther shared her experience working with her on set. Queen Esther has the right to share her experience with Destiny, or any other actor,” he captioned.

Stanley, while defending Esther, recalled an alleged incident from five years ago involving Destiny and a makeup artist, as well as what he described as her treatment of her personal assistant.

He insisted that he would not tolerate what he described as threats against a crew member and vowed to support Esther if legal action was taken against her.

“What I will not tolerate is Destiny threatening a crew member with lawsuits in her DM. I remember vividly, five years ago on set, Destiny slapped a makeup artist, and I know how we handled that situation then.

She always embarrassed her PA. Just so you know, if you take any legal action or arrest Queen Esther, I will stand with her and support her,” he added.

Stanley’s comments have sparked reactions online, with social media users weighing in on the dispute and the allegations made by both sides.
