Ah ah, you still remember that charger?

A Nigerian lady has sparked reactions online after sharing how she finally got her charger back from a friend who had borrowed it in 2025 and failed to return it.

The lady identified as @itsmeraamaa on X narrated the humorous incident in a post, revealing that her friend initially promised to return the charger the following day.

However, the charger reportedly remained with her friend for about a year despite repeated reminders.

‘That Was 2025’ – Lady Reveals

According to @itsmeraamaa, her friend borrowed the charger in 2025 and assured her that she would return it the next day.

“My friend borrowed my charger and said, I’ll bring it tomorrow.

“That was 2025,” she wrote.

She said that whenever she asked about the charger, her friend would act surprised that she still remembered it.

“Every time I ask for it, she says, ‘Ah ah, you still remember that charger?’” she stated.

Lady Spots Her Charger at Friend’s House

The situation reportedly changed when the lady visited her friend’s house and noticed her charger being used.

She revealed that she saw the charger plugged in and charging her friend’s phone.

“Yesterday I went to her house and saw my charger charging her own phone,” she wrote.

Rather than confront her friend immediately, she decided to quietly take the charger back.

“I quietly carried it and put it in my bag,” she stated.

‘Where’s My Charger?’

However, the lady’s friend reportedly noticed that the charger was missing as she was leaving the house.

“As I was leaving, she said, ‘Wait, where’s my charger?’” she recounted.

The lady then responded with the same words her friend had previously used whenever she asked about her charger.

“I said, ‘Ah ah, you still remember that charger?’” she wrote.
