Mr Ibu’s Son Accuses Widow of Taking Family Property, Speaks Out After Appeal for Financial Assistance

The son of late Nollywood actor John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu, has publicly accused the actor’s widow of taking possession of properties allegedly left behind for all of his children.
According to him, the late actor made provisions for all his children before his passing, but he claimed that the properties were taken over by the widow for herself and her own children.
The allegations surfaced shortly after the widow reportedly sought financial assistance, prompting the actor’s son to share his side of the family dispute.
The claims have since generated reactions on social media, with many Nigerians expressing differing opinions on the matter. While some called for transparency regarding the late actor’s estate, others urged family members to resolve their differences privately.
As of the time of this report, the widow has not publicly responded to the latest allegations. The claims remain unverified, and members of the public have been advised to await further clarification from all parties involved.
