EPL: Man Utd take decision on sacking Carrick before Bournemouth clash

Manchester United have decided that under-fire manager Michael Carrick will be in the dugout for this weekend's Premier League clash with Bournemouth.

However, according to Sky Sports, there is growing concern among senior officials about the team's poor run of form.

It is believed that Sunday's game against the Cherries could be crucial in determining Carrick's future.

The match against Bournemouth comes on the back of a 4-1 thrashing at the hands of Como in the Champions League.

That result saw United's winless run in all competitions extend to seven fixtures.

Several coaches are already being linked with the Old Trafford hot seat, including names like Antonio Conte and Fabian Hurzeler.
