NPFL: Bendel Insurance explains Obasogie’s absence vs Warri Wolves

Bendel Insurance assistant coach Jolomi Atune has explained the reason behind Super Eagles goalkeeper Amas Obasogie’s absence from the clash with Warri Wolves.
Obasogie rejoined Bendel Insurance this month after leaving Tanzanian club Singinda Black Stars.
Atune blamed a delay in paperwork for the shot-stopper’s failure to feature in the matchday one encounter.
“He is still around with us,” Atune was quoted by Complete Sports.
“You know, he’s coming from a club outside of the country. So, time is needed to complete his paperwork and transfer formalities.”
Bendel Insurance will be hoping to finalise Obasogie’s paperwork before their next league encounter against Nasarawa United in Lafia.
