“If You Don’t Like It, Change It,” Uchenna Ogbodo Says As She Flaunts New Face

Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo has sparked fresh conversations online after unveiling a noticeably different look following a facial rejuvenation procedure.

The actress took to Instagram to show off her transformation, openly explaining why she decided to undergo the cosmetic treatment.

According to Ogbodo, her decision was driven by her personal desire to improve her appearance rather than pressure from anyone.

“I got me a new face! Because I can! Listen, I’m a woman who believes in one thing: If you don’t like it, change it!” she declared.

She added that although she loves herself and is comfortable with her natural appearance, she believes there is nothing wrong with making changes when one has the means to do so.

“I love my face, I love myself, but babes… we can always upgrade!” she said.

Ogbodo revealed that her facial rejuvenation involved threads, fillers and PDO, procedures she said were carried out to lift her face, restore volume and smooth out facial lines.

“So yes, I went for my facial rejuvenation, they understood the assignment! I had Threads + Fillers + PDO done to lift, restore volume, smooth out lines and give me that fresh, youthful, well-rested look, without surgery!” she explained.

Her decision to publicly flaunt the results has, however, generated reactions, particularly coming at a time when her marriage to her estranged husband, Bobby Maris, has been surrounded by controversy.

While some social media users praised the actress for prioritising herself and confidently embracing the transformation, others questioned the timing of her cosmetic procedure amid the ongoing marital crisis.

For Ogbodo, however, the message appears straightforward: if there is something she does not like about herself and has the power to change, she intends to change it.

The actress’s latest post has therefore added another layer to the public conversation surrounding her personal life, with fans now debating whether her dramatic new look is simply a beauty decision or part of a broader new chapter in her life.
