Nigerian comedian Mazi Okeke has shared fresh details about the painful betrayal that ended his engagement, revealing the reason his former fiancée allegedly gave after he caught her cheating with his driver.
Speaking in a recent video, the comedian revealed that he unexpectedly returned from a work trip and caught his fiancée with his driver, describing the discovery as one of the most painful moments of his life.
In his words, he said:
“This is how I discovered my fiancée was cheating with my driver. I was coming back from site that day. I caught them. What broke me was when I asked her why.”
According to Mazi Okeke, his former fiancée claimed his demanding work schedule left her feeling neglected, saying he spent more time travelling than being with her.
He further disclosed that she compared him to her ex, whom she described as someone who was always around, adding that the affair allegedly began while he spent a month in China sourcing items for his company.
“She said, ‘You are too busy. You’re always travelling from one state to another. My ex was always with me, but are never around. You should cut down on your dreams because you don’t give me attention.’ It all started when I went to China for one month. What baffles me is that there’s no remorse. She said she couldn’t cope.”

His latest revelation has since sparked mixed reactions online, with many social media users debating whether a demanding career can ever justify infidelity in a relationship.
