British broadcaster, Piers Morgan, has revealed the advantage Cristiano Ronaldo has over Lionel Messi in the GOAT debate.

Morgan, who insisted that Ronaldo has statistics, also stated that football icon Diego Maradona is ahead of Messi.
He was speaking to Sky Sports reporter Dharmesh Sheth.

“Ronaldo, I think, has tested himself and challenged himself a lot more than Messi did. He has scored a lot more goals and broken many records that Messi does not hold.
“Messi is a great player, but I don’t think he is even the best Argentinian. I think Maradona was the greatest Argentinian football player, and I will put him above Messi.

“The advantage Ronaldo has is statistics. Nobody has won the league in more countries than him, and nobody has scored more goals than he has. For me, he is number one.”
