Speaker Abbas Hails Oluremi Tinubu at 66

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen, has congratulated First Lady Senator Oluremi Tinubu on her 66th birthday, describing her as a great mobiliser and unifier.
In a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Musa Abdullahi Krishi, on Sunday, Abbas described the First Lady as a dependable spouse, partner and ally to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The Speaker commended Oluremi Tinubu’s “indefatigable spirit and high level of patriotism”, saying she remains an inspiration to Nigerian women.
He also highlighted her experience in public administration and women mobilisation, describing her as an experienced political, religious and women leader.

According to Abbas, Oluremi Tinubu has demonstrated resilience in supporting not only her husband but also the ruling All Progressives Congress, while using her influence at the grassroots to complement the actualisation of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
The Speaker also praised her efforts in mobilising women and supporting initiatives of the Federal Government.
Abbas wished the First Lady “many more years in sound body and mind” and prayed for the success of President Tinubu in the forthcoming presidential election.
