JUST IN: Rivers Assembly Passes 2026 Appropriation Bill
The Rivers State House of Assembly has passed the 2026 Appropriation Bill of N1.8 trillion into law. The bill was unanimously passed by 26 lawmakers during the House’s resumed sitting in Port Harcourt and will now be transmitted to Governor Siminalayi Fubara for assent.
