A video circulating online has sparked reactions after a military officer was seen allegedly using a taser on a handcuffed young man who had reportedly been found inside a parked car in Kumasi.

According to reports, the young man was accused of entering the vehicle under suspicious circumstances. During the encounter, the officer allegedly attempted to get him to confess, leading to the use of a taser and pepper spray.
