A woman has sparked widespread reactions on social media after alleging that a pastor and his wife regularly attended private swingers’ gatherings where the pastor had intimate relationships with other women with his wife’s knowledge and consent.

The claims were made during a podcast conversation that has since gone viral online.

According to the woman, the story was shared with her by a former colleague whose marriage she had long admired, describing it as the kind of “godly marriage” many Christians aspire to have.

She said the colleague and her husband, whom she identified as a pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), appeared to have an exemplary relationship and were actively involved in church ministry.

The woman explained that after the two became close and began discussing relationships and infidelity, her colleague allegedly confided in her about the couple’s private arrangement.

According to the account, the pastor and his wife allegedly attended a private venue in Lekki, Lagos, where the husband engaged in sexual encounters with other women while his wife was present and consented to the arrangement. She claimed the gatherings reportedly took place once every month.

The podcaster said she was shocked by the revelation, adding that she had never imagined such an arrangement could exist behind what she believed was an exemplary Christian marriage.

She further alleged that both the pastor and his wife regularly ministered in church and maintained a public image that sharply contrasted with what she claimed occurred in their private lives.

As of the time of this report, the allegations remain unverified, and neither the pastor, his wife, nor the church mentioned in the podcast has publicly responded to the claims.

The podcast has since generated widespread discussion online, with many social media users debating relationships, privacy, and the dangers of making assumptions about people’s lives based on public appearances.
