Turkey: Iheanacho scores, assists in Bursaspor comeback win over Kayserispor

Kelechi Iheanacho registered a goal and an assist as Bursaspor defeated Kayserispor 2-1 in Saturday’s Trendyol 1. Lig clash.

Florent Hasani gave Kayserispor the lead from the penalty spot just after the half-hour mark.

The hosts maintained the lead for the remainder of the first half.

Iheanacho restored parity for Bursaspor from another penalty two minutes before the hour mark.

The Nigeria international teed up Alperen Babacan for the visitors’ winning goal 13 minutes from time.

The striker was replaced by Lewis Baker three minutes from time.

The 29-year-old has now registered four goals and two assists in four league appearances for Bursaspor.
