Transfer: Nigerian defender seals loan move to Slovakian club AS Trenčín

Nigerian defender Ridwan Sanusi has joined Slovakian club AS Trenčín on a season-long loan, DAILY POST reports.
The deal, according to information on the club’s official website, includes an option to buy.
Sanusi moved to Trenčín from another Slovakian club, MŠK Žilina.
The 23-year-old spent last season on loan at Podbrezová, where he provided three assists in 25 appearances.
The right-winger started his professional career in Slovakia with ŠKF Sereď in 2021.
Sanusi then spent time on loan with second-tier clubs Trebišov and Pohronie to gain first-team experience.
He left a more significant mark in Podbrezová, where he played in 45 league matches over two seasons and scored 10 goals.
His performances subsequently caught the attention of MŠK Žilina, who signed him from Podbrezová last summer.
