The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Yiltwada Nentawe, says the party has successfully uploaded all its governorship, deputy governorship and State House of Assembly candidates for the 2027 General Elections to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Candidate Nomination Portal.

Nentawe disclosed this in a statement posted on his X handle on Friday, August 7, congratulating party leaders, members and candidates on the successful completion of the nomination process.

According to him, the APC achieved a 100 per cent upload of its candidates nationwide, describing the feat as a reflection of the party’s organisational capacity.

“Congratulations to our leaders, members, and candidates across the country on the successful completion of the nomination process for the 2027 General Elections,” he said.

“I am pleased to announce that the All Progressives Congress (APC) has successfully achieved a 100% upload of all our 56 Governorship and Deputy Governorship, and 1,015 State House of Assembly candidates on the INEC Candidate Nomination Portal.”

The APC chairman said the successful completion of the exercise underscored the party’s readiness for the next phase of the electoral process.

“This milestone reflects the organizational strength of our great party,” Nentawe stated.

He added that the ruling party would now shift its attention to engaging Nigerians ahead of the 2027 polls while promoting the achievements of President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

“With this phase successfully concluded, we remain focused on engaging Nigerians with our vision, and building on the achievements of the Renewed Hope Agenda as we prepare for victory in 2027,” he added.
