Former Labour Party presidential campaign spokesperson and legal practitioner, Kenneth Okonkwo, has said he has not been officially notified of any defamation lawsuit reportedly instituted against him by former Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi, insisting that neither Obi nor his legal team has served him with any court documents.
According to him, despite the widespread discussions surrounding the alleged suit, he had not received any formal court process at the time of the interview.
