“My husband still slept with side chick after fidelity oath”

Viral Canada-based Nigerian woman, Mrs Ezinne Nwanorue, has alleged that her husband, Franklin Nwanorue, was unfaithful to her despite taking a public fidelity oath promising not to cheat on their marriage.

Mrs Nwanorue made the allegation in a post shared on her Facebook page, Ezinne Frank Nwanorue, where she claimed she had suffered greatly in the marriage.

Couple takes fidelity oath online

The couple recently went viral after sharing videos of themselves taking oaths not to engage in extramarital affairs.

In his video, Franklin promised to remain faithful to his wife after relocating to Canada, invoking death if he cheated.

“I confess and I promise that if I come to Canada and cheat on you, let me die in the name of Jesus,” he said.

His wife also made a similar declaration, promising to remain sexually faithful to him.

“This is me confessing to my husband, Franklin Chimaobim Nwanorue, that I will remain sexually faithful to him, and if I become unfaithful, let me die, in the name of Jesus,” she said.

Woman alleges husband cheated after oath

However, days after the oath went viral, Mrs Nwanorue alleged that her husband still had an affair with another woman.

She shared a comment allegedly from a woman claiming to be her husband’s side chick, who accused her of being difficult and claimed Franklin had been with other women.

“This is a comment from my husband’s side chick in Nigeria. She confessed that even after my husband made his confession, he still slept with one of his side chicks,” Mrs Nwanorue wrote.

She added that she had endured a lot in the marriage and accused her husband of hurting her despite helping her relocate abroad.

“My husband sponsored my relocation abroad, and what I owe him is to help him obtain a visa, and God will do it for me,” she said.

Alleged side chick reacts

In the alleged comment shared by Mrs Nwanorue, the woman claimed Franklin needed someone who would make him happy and accused his wife of constantly fighting him.

“No man wants to be with a woman that acts crazy like you. He needs a companion and someone who puts smiles on his face,” the comment read.

The woman also alleged that Franklin had continued seeing other women despite the public oath.

“If you think he won’t or hasn’t slept with another woman then you are a mumu for life. Even after the confession he still do am,” she added.
