Viral Canada-based Nigerian woman, Mrs Ezinne Nwanorue has stirred reactions on social media after celebrating the death of her mother-in-law amid her ongoing marital dispute with her husband, Franklin Nwanorue.

The latest development comes days after the couple went viral for taking a public fidelity oath, with Franklin declaring that he should die if he cheated on his wife after joining her in Canada.

Couple’s fidelity oath sparked attention

The pair had shared videos of themselves making vows to remain sexually faithful to each other.

In his video, Franklin declared:

“I confess and I promise that if I come to Canada and cheat on you, let me die in the name of Jesus.”

Shortly afterward, Mrs Nwanorue accused her husband of sleeping with one of his alleged side chicks despite making the public declaration.

In a fresh social media post, Mrs Nwanorue reacted to the death of her mother-in-law, Comfort Chika Nwanorue, describing her as a “wicked witch.”

“One wicked witch is down: my dead mother-in-law, Comfort Chika Nwanorue, rest in pieces in hell with other dead witches; your members will soon join you,” she wrote.

She also alleged that her late mother-in-law and other family members had worked against her and tried to frustrate her destiny.

“These people have dealt with me in this life; they found out about my destiny, and they did everything within their power to bring me down, but I thank God for helping me discover who I am and coming through for my destiny,” she stated.

“I am talking from the place of my office as a prophetess” – Woman says

Mrs Nwanorue further claimed she was speaking as a prophetess and warned those she described as witches and evil people to repent.

“I am talking from the place of my office as a prophetess of God Almighty,” she wrote.
