16139909 is the company number, and the control entry under it names one man. Word Of Life Bible Church London Ltd was incorporated on 17 December 2024, and the persons with significant control record at Companies House, notified on 5 February 2025, names Pastor Ayodele Joseph Oritsejafor as the active person with significant control over the company, with the nature of control entered in the register’s own words as ownership of shares of more than 50% but less than 75%. Companies House documents exclusively examined by SecretsReporters place the former president of the Christian Association of Nigeria and founder of Word of Life Bible Church in Warri in majority control of a London church company carried on no Nigerian announcement and on no public filing in Nigeria.

The company is a private company limited by guarantee, classified under SIC 94910 for religious organisations, with its registered office at 35 Roxley Road, London SE13 6HG. Its directors from incorporation day are Uruemuesiri Takure, born April 1974, and Tony Emmanuel Mene-Akpata, born July 1967, while William Omavuayere Didimako, born June 1966, served as secretary and as a director appointed on 17 December 2024 and resigned on 27 January 2026. No accounts have been filed for the company, with its first accounts due on 17 September 2026, and the control entry against Oritsejafor carries the register’s shares wording against a company limited by guarantee, with his correspondence address entered as 10 Ayo Oritsejafor Street, GRA, Warri, Delta State, Nigeria.

The same control record carries Oritsejafor as a Nigerian national resident in Nigeria, born in November 1950. Takure stood beside him on the control register for one day, notified as a person with significant control on 17 December 2024 and ceased the same day, leaving the Warri pastor as the sole active control entry on the London company.

The London company standing under his majority control is the second of its name on the British register. Word Of Life Bible Church (United Kingdom), company number 08973603, was incorporated on 2 April 2014 with its registered office at 1 Haydock Close, Milton Keynes MK3 5LL and correspondence at Unit 21a, Lloyds Court, North Tenth Street, Milton Keynes MK9 3EL, and the company stands dissolved on the register with no accounts ever filed in its lifetime. Its directors were Pastor Ayo Joseph Oritsejafor, appointed 10 April 2014, his wife Pastor (Mrs) Helen Oritsejafor, born April 1966 and appointed the same day, and Mrs Faith Aghogho Edjejovwo, born April 1970.

The birth date on that first company’s officer record for Oritsejafor is November 1953. The birth date on the control record of the second company is November 1950. His public biography gives 10 November 1949 and 10 November 1950. The register carries November 1953 on the filing for the dissolved company and November 1950 on the filing for the active company, and neither entry has been corrected on the record examined by SecretsReporters.

Neither British company has filed accounts showing property, and no Land Registry title and no Register of Overseas Entities filing names Oritsejafor personally or either company against a London house. The Lewisham and Milton Keynes addresses on the filings are registered offices, and the documented British footprint of the Warri ministry is the two companies, the dissolved one that filed nothing and the active one under his majority control.

The name on the London control register is the same name carried in the established 2014 record of the Bombardier Challenger 600 registered N808HG, owned by Eagle Air Company, in which his church admitted he held a residual interest before South African officials seized the aircraft at Lanseria International Airport, Johannesburg, on 5 September 2014 with $9.3 million in undeclared cash in three suitcases aboard. Eagle Air had leased the jet from 2 August 2014 to Green Coast Produce Limited, which hired it to John Ishyaku, and his church denied any part by him in the cash movement. He was never charged in South Africa or in Nigeria, and the money was returned to the Nigerian government in July 2015.
