Sanda made the remarks while calling on the electorate in the state to support his governorship ambition, promising to transform the state if elected.
He said his administration would not depend solely on federal allocations to run the state, noting that Taraba has abundant resources capable of placing it among Nigeria’s economically prosperous states.
The candidate, who said his plans were contained in a seven-point agenda, insisted that the state’s resources could be harnessed to create employment, boost economic growth and improve the living conditions of residents.
He maintained that the insecurity confronting the country was not beyond solution, describing it as an artificial problem created and sustained by individuals for personal interests.
