Nigerian TikTok sensation, Peller, has sparked controversy online after revealing that he plans to create a social media account for his unborn child and build a huge following before the baby is even born.

The content creator, who recently tied the knot with fellow TikTok star Jarvis, said he would open a TikTok account named “Incoming Peller Baby” immediately after his wife becomes pregnant.

According to Peller, he plans to grow the account to 500,000 followers and even send $5,000 worth of gifts to the account before handing it over to his child.

“Once I get my wife pregnant, the next day, I’ll open a new TikTok account for the baby with the name Incoming Peller Baby.

“I’ll take the account to 500,000 followers and send $5,000 gifts inside, so once the baby arrives, he/she will continue from where I stopped,” he said.

Peller’s revelation has triggered mixed reactions, with some social media users describing the plan as a clever way to build his child’s brand from birth, while others questioned whether an unborn child should already have a social media identity and be turned into an online content project.

The controversial plan comes shortly after Peller and Jarvis celebrated their marriage in Lagos, following their civil and traditional wedding ceremonies.

The couple, who built their relationship and careers largely in the public eye, have become one of Nigeria’s most closely watched young creator couples.

Peller has previously spoken about how Jarvis supported him financially during the period when his own TikTok earnings were relatively low, making his latest comments appear to show that he is already thinking about creating a digital legacy for their future children.
