Bosun Olabiyi takes over from Festus Osifo, who has completed his tenure.
At the Association’s Delegates conference, members commended Mr. Osifo, who doubles as President of the Trade Union Congress, TUC, for his leadership, advocacy and support for oil and gas workers during his time in office.

In his acceptance speech, the new PENGASSAN President, Bosun Olabiyi pledged to sustain the gains of its predecessor and to prioritise workers’ welfare, safety, and better conditions of service in the oil and gas sector.
Delegates expressed optimism that the new leadership will continue to protect the interests of PENGASSAN members nationwide.
The new PENGASSAN executive is expected to be inaugurated in the coming days.
