Members of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) have marked a new chapter with the election of Bosun Olabiyi-Agoro as their new National President.
He succeeded Festus Osifo, who is also the President of the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC).
Olabiyi-Agoro was unopposed at the association’s first Quadrennial Delegates Conference held in Abuja on Saturday.

A distinguished Petroleum Engineer, labour leader, and industrial relations strategist, Olabiyi-Agoro brings more than twenty years of experience in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector to his role as leader of the influential workers’ union.
He is presently a staff of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC).
