Osun Decides: INEC Uploads 2,463 Results On I-REV Portal

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has uploaded 2,463 polling unit results from the ongoing Osun State governorship election to its I-REV results viewing portal.

Checks by TVC News Online at 6:33pm showed that 2,463 results had been uploaded out of the 3,763 polling units across the state’s 30 local government areas.

The figure represents 65.45 per cent of the total results expected to be uploaded to the portal.

Further checks showed that the most recent polling unit result uploaded as of the time of filing the report was recorded at 6:27pm.

The I-REV portal is expected to continue receiving results from across the state as they are confirmed at individual polling units.

The latest figures indicate a significant increase in the number of results uploaded since the earlier 1,578 results recorded at 5:45pm, when 41.93 per cent of the expected results had been uploaded.

Meanwhile, sorting, counting and collation of votes continue at different locations across Osun State, with political parties, observers and voters monitoring the emergence of results.
