Oladipupo Adebutu Congratulates Adeleke On Re-election

The 2023 governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogun State, Oladipupo Adebutu, has congratulated Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke on his re-election.

Adebutu, in a post on his official X page on Sunday, described Adeleke’s victory as a triumph for the people and democracy, saying the result demonstrated the power of the electorate.

“Congratulations to my dear brother, His Excellency, Senator Ademola Jackson Adeleke, on his resounding re-election as Governor of Osun State,” Adebutu said.

He described the outcome as “a victory for the people, a victory for democracy and a powerful affirmation that the will of the people will always prevail.”

Adebutu also prayed for continued wisdom, strength and grace for Adeleke as he begins his second term in office.

“Your Excellency, may God continue to grant you wisdom, strength and grace as you serve the good people of Osun State,” he said.

He concluded by celebrating Adeleke’s victory with a reference to the governor’s political slogan.

“Indeed, Imole has prevailed, and the light continues to shine,” Adebutu said.
