“Now look at me” — Nigerian graduate who voted for Tinubu laments worsening financial situation

A Nigerian graduate has shared her frustration with the country’s economic situation, revealing that she previously voted for President Bola Tinubu but would not support him again.

The woman, who identified herself as Yoruba, said her financial situation had deteriorated since Tinubu became president, claiming she could previously afford house rent but now struggles to do so.

She also linked her current circumstances to the lack of employment opportunities, revealing that despite being a graduate, she now works as a Point of Sale (POS) agent.

Speaking about the changes in her life, the woman said, “I’m yoruba, and i voted for tinubu before. but i won’t vote for him again because he has shown us shege.”

She further described how the economic difficulties had affected her personally, saying, “I was fatter than this before tinubu became president. now look at me.”

According to her, her inability to secure suitable employment has forced her to rely on POS operations despite her educational qualification.
