“They’re good in bed” – American woman praises Igbo men, reveals her experience dating Nigerians

An American woman has shared her experience dating Nigerian men, revealing that she is typically attracted to Yoruba men but would choose an Igbo man if she had to marry outside the Yoruba culture.

Speaking in a video shared on X (formerly Twitter), the woman said she has dated Nigerian men for about eight years and described Igbo men as hardworking, kind and caring towards their wives.

In her words, she said:

“After dating Nigerian men for at least the last eight years, I’m typically attracted to Yoruba men, but if I had to choose another man from another tribe, I’m gonna choose Igbo every time. Okay, I’m gonna choose Igbo, I’m not gonna lie. Like, Igbo men are amazing.”

She further praised Igbo men for their treatment of women, saying they are willing to listen to their partners and maintain mutual respect in relationships.

She also spoke about intimacy, claiming that Igbo men are attentive lovers who are willing to listen and respond to their partners’ bedroom needs.

“Igbo men, they are hard workers. Igbo men, they are very kind, very sweet to you, they take care of their wives, the respect is mutual between you and the man. Igbo men, they’re usually really great at sex.

And if you have any problem with Igbo men in the bedroom, they’re willing to listen to you. They’re not selfish lovers. Igbo men are the best,” she added.

Her comments have sparked mixed reactions online, with some Nigerians agreeing with her observations while others argued that individual character should not be determined by tribe.

The American woman concluded by saying Igbo culture is the only other Nigerian culture she would have considered marrying into.
