Niger Commissioner Seeks Stronger Partnership On Humanitarian Support
The Minister of State for Regional Development, Dr Bernard M. Doro, on Tuesday met with the Niger State Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management, Dr Ahmed Ibrahim Inga, to strengthen collaboration on humanitarian interventions and support for vulnerable communities in the State….
The Minister of State for Regional Development, Dr Bernard M. Doro, on Tuesday met with the Niger State Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management, Dr Ahmed Ibrahim Inga, to strengthen collaboration on humanitarian interventions and support for vulnerable communities in the State.
The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation between the Federal Ministry of Regional Development and the Niger State Government to improve the delivery of humanitarian assistance and disaster response.
According to the minister, closer collaboration between the two levels of government is essential to addressing the needs of vulnerable populations and improving the effectiveness of relief and development programmes.
The visit by the commissioner forms part of ongoing efforts to deepen partnerships aimed at tackling humanitarian challenges and ensuring timely support for affected communities across Niger State.
