Ify Okoye, wife of Jude Okoye, has broken her silence over the recent allegations and claims surrounding her husband and his twin brother, Peter Okoye, amid the ongoing dispute involving members of the Psquare family.

In a statement shared on Instagram, Ify said she has become aware of stories she described as “twisted” and “manipulated” to draw her into disputes she neither created nor desired.

She said she has chosen not to respond publicly or trade accusations, opting instead to leave the matter in God’s hands.

“There comes a time when silence is no longer about fear, but about entrusting the truth to God,” she wrote.

According to Ify, God knows “every conversation, every intention, and every truth hidden from human eyes,” adding that she has no desire to defend herself before people who are committed to misunderstanding her.

She also referenced the biblical story of Ananias and Sapphira, saying it reminds people that while individuals may deceive others temporarily, God ultimately knows the truth.

“Truth does not need manipulation to prevail, and I trust God to vindicate what is right,” she stated.

Ify further said her prayer was not for judgment against those involved but for mercy, conviction and healing.

“My prayer is not for judgment, but for mercy. May God bring conviction where it is needed, healing where there is brokenness, and peace where there is unrest.”

She also prayed that hardened hearts would be softened, damaged relationships restored and everyone involved led towards “truth, humility, repentance, and His perfect love.”

Her statement comes amid the increasingly public fallout involving Peter and Jude Okoye, with allegations and counter-allegations continuing to fuel discussions among fans and followers of the former Psquare group.

While Ify did not directly mention Peter by name in the statement, her message appeared to address the controversy surrounding her family and the allegations that have recently surfaced.

The Psquare brothers’ latest dispute has continued to attract widespread attention, years after their highly publicised split, with their family disagreements once again playing out in the public space.
