Disu Congratulates Corporal Ezekiel Nathaniel Over Historic

Inspector-General of Police, Olatunji Disu on Saturday, congratulated Nigeria Police Force athlete, Corporal Ezekiel Nathaniel, following his historic gold medal triumph in the men’s 400m hurdles at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland.

Nathaniel delivered a commanding performance to secure the gold medal, adding to Nigeria’s growing success at the Games and earning widespread acclaim for his outstanding achievement.

Reacting to the victory, the IGP described Nathaniel’s success as a proud moment for the Nigeria Police Force and the nation, saying it reflects the ability of police officers to excel both in public service and on the global sporting stage.
