BBNaija 11: Flora in Tears After Big Brother Unveils Her Secret

Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate, Flora Egbedi, was left emotional after Big Brother revealed that she is one of the season’s Gambits.

The revelation came during her diary session on Thursday, August 6, when Big Brother informed her that she must keep her new identity secret from the other housemates.

Big Brother warned Flora that exposing herself as a Gambit could result in her disqualification from the reality show.

“Flora, you are the Gambit. From this moment on, your identity as the Gambit must remain a secret,” Big Brother told her.

The revelation appeared to overwhelm Flora, who struggled to hold back tears as she came to terms with the responsibilities attached to the role.

“I will try my best. I do not think staying longer is enough,” she responded.

Flora’s Gambit status was announced by BBNaija host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, during Sunday’s live show after viewers selected her and fellow housemate, Aikou, for the season’s special twist.

Although viewers have known about the development since the announcement, the remaining housemates were kept unaware of the identities of the two Gambits.

Big Brother disclosed Aikou’s status to him during his diary session on Wednesday, before revealing Flora’s identity on Thursday.

As Gambits, Flora and Aikou will not be eligible to compete for the ₦160 million grand prize. Instead, they will operate as undercover agents within the house, carrying out secret assignments intended to influence situations and interactions among the contestants.

The pair must complete their missions without allowing the other housemates to discover their secret identities, making their journey in the competition significantly different from that of the other contestants.
