CAF announced the appointment in a post on its official X account ahead of the Group A encounter.
“Referee Vincentia Enyonam Amedome of Togo has been appointed to take charge of tonight’s TotalEnergies CAF WAFCON meeting between Morocco and Kenya in Rabat,” CAF posted.
Amedome is regarded as one of Africa’s leading female referees and has officiated several high-profile continental and international fixtures, including previous editions of the WAFCON and FIFA competitions.

The match is expected to play a crucial role in determining the standings in Group A, with hosts Morocco aiming to strengthen their campaign on home soil, while Kenya seek a positive result to boost their chances of advancing to the knockout stage.
