The Mkpat Enin Local Government Chairman, Emmanuel Inyang, has disbursed N34 million in bursary awards to 580 indigent students as part of efforts to promote access to higher education thereby reducing the financial burden on families.

Speaking during the disbursement ceremony at the Mkpat Enin Local Government Council headquarters, Inyang said the initiative reflects his administration’s commitment to educational development.
