He spoke during the commissioning of the newly constructed Transit Way N2 from Central Business District to Wuse District with two bridges to mark his third year in office.
Represented by the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, Tinubu said: “It’s with great pride and fulfilment that I President Bola Tinubu stand before you today to commission the newly completed transit way N2 corridor directly linking the CBD to Wise district and completed with two standard engineers bridges.
“This infrastructure is a very important piece of the FCT master plan, designed to ease traffic flow, enhance connectivity and improve urban mobility for millions of commuters.

“I also stressed that the renewed hope agenda of my administration must not just be a slogan written on bill boards but a living reality that people can see, touch, and drive upon, and in some cases drink when it comes to water because you are doing a lot in all facets of infrastructure.
“Mr projects, you have not failed me and Nigerians, you have continued to surpass my expectations. today as we celebrate my administration’s third year in office and coincidentally mark the 50th year of the FCT creation, I want to commend the FCT Administration led by Mr project himself for its vision, commitment, and timely execution of projects, you have contributed to something larger than a road way, you have contributed to the future of our capital city and therefore given pride to Nigeria.”
