“Any man without a house at 35 is useless” — Lady sparks backlash

A lady has triggered widespread criticism on social media after declaring that any man above the age of 35 who does not own a house is “useless.”

The video, which has gone viral across social media platforms, has generated heated debate.

While some users agreed that financial stability is important, many others described her remarks as unfair and insulting.

Woman’s remarks spark debate

In the viral clip, the lady questioned why a man would reach the age of 35 without owning a home.

She said: “Any man above 35 years old that does not have a house is a useless man. Yes, what have you been doing all your life? Hustling, making money, trying to build your life. What life? At what age? 35? Do you want to build a house when you get old? Hmm? Broke ass.”

Her comments quickly spread online, attracting thousands of reactions from users who challenged her views.

Social media users react

Reacting to the video, Voice criticised the woman’s statement and called on parents to properly raise their daughters.

He wrote: “Dear parents, please train your daughters properly so they don’t video themselves calling men ‘useless’ while the only property they currently control is the phone in their hands and bad attitudes. House ownership is not the only measure of a man’s worth. Does her father even own a house?”

Another user, Animekage, argued that owning a house is not always a reflection of financial success.

He wrote: “Funny how I know men with millions in business and same ones making over 20k$ monthly (current mentors🤧) online and they living in rentals.”

OLIVE questioned what they described as a double standard between men and women.

The user commented: “Man and woman are born the same way but a man without a house at certain age is useless but a woman at that same age without a house is a baby girl and she deserves a king, nuisance everywhere like MTN motto.”
