American singer and actress Lady Gaga has reportedly welcomed her first child with her fiancé, Michael Polansky, at the age of 40.

The development was first reported by Page Six and later backed by a source who spoke to People, with the couple also reportedly spotted together in Northern California while Gaga was seen carrying a newborn.

Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, and Polansky have maintained a relatively private relationship since they began dating in 2019.

The couple became engaged in 2024 after Polansky proposed, with Gaga later publicly referring to him as her fiancé during the Paris Olympics.

The reported arrival of their first child marks the fulfilment of Gaga’s long-standing desire to become a mother.
