Transfer: Arsenal in shock £70m move for Chelsea’s Pedro Neto

Arsenal have informed Pedro Neto’s representatives of their interest in signing the Chelsea winger, according to OneFootball.
It is understood that the Blues are open to listening to offers for Neto.
However, they expect bids for the Portugal international to be reasonable.
Chelsea’s asking price for Neto is believed to be around £70m.
Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, is looking to add a left winger to his squad ahead of the new season.
The Gunners have already failed in their attempts to lure Vinicius Junior away from Real Madrid.
Vinicius Jr has opted to sign a long-term contract with the LaLiga giants.
